120g ecoBrown’s Rice (Cooked)
70g Jati Glutinous Rice Flour
10g sesame oil
2g black pepper
3g black & white sesame seed
- Place cooked brown rice, water, sesame seed, salt and black pepper into a food processor and blend to become paste.
- Mix in sesame seeds and combine well.
- Prepare a baking tray by lining with parchment paper, weigh the paste to 60g and flatten into disk
- Preheat oven to 180°C for 20 minutes and bake until crispy.
