    Flourless Mixed Fruit Cake

    • 110g ecoBrown’s Brown Rice Powder

    • 2 tsp baking powder

    • 2 tsp baking soda

    • 60g icing sugar

    • 2 tbsp milk powder

    • 60g Australian Star Butter

    • 2 eggs

    • 2 tsp orange zest

    • 50g Dried Mixed Fruit

    • 10g oats


    • Combine ecoBrown’s Brown Rice Powder, milk powder, baking powder and baking soda into bowl and put aside.
    • Mix butter and brown sugar until fluffy then put orange flavor.
    • Beat in eggs. Whisk in all the dry ingredients, Dried Mixed Fruit and oats. Transfer the mixture into 7×7 inch baking pan.
    • Preheat oven to 160°c and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
