50g ecoBrown’s Brown Rice Flour
25g almond powder
½ tsp baking soda
20g icing sugar
60g cooking oil
2 pinch salt
- Mix everything together until dough is formed then weight out 10-15g of dough to form a small ball. Repeat this step until all dough has been used up to form small balls.
- Preheat oven to 180 °C , Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the small balls onto the tray, brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
