Manager – Corporate Communication, Event & PR

Job Purpose
Responsible for shaping and maintaining SW Food Group’s public image, fostering positive
relationships with stakeholders, and managing public relations, media relations, corporate events, and
stakeholder engagement. This role aims to enhance SW Food Group’s reputation and support its
corporate social responsibility efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Media

  • Oversee the management of SW Food Group’s website and social media platforms to ensure
    consistent brand image and messaging.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Oversee and manage media inquiries and requests for information, ensuring accurate and timely
    responses.
  • Plan and execute public relations campaigns to promote positive stories about SW Food Group.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies (if applicable) to maximise media coverage.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of branding materials, including brochures,
    presentations, and other collateral.
  • Develop and maintain crisis communication plans to address potential reputational risks.
  • Act as a spokesperson during crises, providing clear and accurate information to the media and
    stakeholders.


Corporate Events

  • Manage SW Food Group’s participation in industry events, conferences, and awards
    recognition programs.
    • Develop and execute Stakeholder Engagement & Communication activities to enhance
    relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Communicate with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing information about
    the company’s values and activities.
    • Implement community relations initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships to support corporate
    social responsibility efforts


Internal Communications

  • Oversee and manage the development and implementation of internal communication strategies
    to keep employees informed about company initiatives, values, and achievements.


Others

  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to stay informed about public perception
  • Collaborate with Legal and Senior Leadership to manage crisis communication effectively


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience corporate communications, public relations, or a related role,
    preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Crisis communication experience is a plus.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Treasury Specialist

Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting treasury functions of SW Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Management

  • Assist in monitoring daily cash positions and forecasting cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for SW Group’s operational needs.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts and the processing of electronic payments and receipts.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of cash transactions and bank balances.
  • Assist in implementing strategies for short-term and long-term investment of surplus funds.

Banking Relationships Management

  • Assist in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, including opening/closing bank accounts, and negotiating banking services and fees.
  • Assist in monitoring bank fees and service charges to ensure cost-effective banking arrangements for SW Group.

Financial Risk Management

  • Assist in identifying and assessing financial risks related to SW Group’s operations, including currency exposure, interest rates, and market fluctuations.
  • Assist in implementing risk mitigation strategies that protect SW Group’s financial interest.

Others

  • Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in treasury.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.

Job Purpose

  • Responsible to create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible including
    but not limited to organize, develop, and execute website/market places/Live sales marketing
    plans.

Job Description

  • In charge of daily accounting transactions
  • Prepare full set of monthly accounts including General Ledger and necessary financial reports with minimal supervision

Job Description

  • Responsible for generating innovative ideas, conceptualising new products or enhancements, and managing the entire research and development process
  • Responsible for the development of prototypes, sourcing materials, managing R&D projects, and engineering packaging specifications that meet regulatory requirements

  • Implement and maintain quality management protocols within the R&D process in compliance with the quality standards

Waste Water Treatment Plant Competent Person CePIETSO (BP)

Job Description

  • Operate Treatment Systems: Operate, monitor, and adjust physical and chemical treatment processes to treat wastewater effectively.
  • Conduct Laboratory Analysis: Perform routine laboratory tests to monitor process performance and adjust treatment parameters accordingly.
  • Analyze samples for parameters such as pH, turbidity, chemical oxygen demand (COD), total suspended solids (TSS), etc.
  • Troubleshoot Equipment: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process upsets to minimize downtime and maintain treatment efficiency. Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Quality Control: Ensure treated wastewater meets regulatory requirements and discharge standards. Implement corrective actions as necessary to address non-compliance issues.
  • Chemical Handling: Handle and store treatment chemicals safely and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Order and maintain inventory levels of chemicals and supplies needed for treatment processes.
