Recommended use for Chinese & Thai restaurants, Asian style fried rice, Malay & Nyonya cooking
Jati Gold Cooking Method:
- Scoop 3 cups of rice (family of 4) into the rice boil.
- Rinse scented. Rice just once.
- Add 4 ½ cup of water into rice boil.
- After placing the rice boil in the rice cooker and switching cooker on, do not lift lid or stir rice during cooking time as the scent will diminish.
- When rice is cooked, fluff with a fork and serve hot and scented.
