Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant.

Add water & the herbs,bring to a boil & simmer for 5 minutes.

Add pork & seasonings. Turn off heat & let pork marinate in herbal mixture for 30 minutes or more before wrapping.
To assemble:

Drain ecoBrown's Gold rice in a colander, mix rice with some salt.

Take 2 washed bamboo leaves and form a cone.

Line cone with about 1 tablespoon ecoBrown's Gold rice, spreading out.

Stuff in 2 oieces of chicken meat, one chinese mushroom and one chestnut, cover with 1 tbsp ecoBrown's Gold rice.Press down to compress dumpling and wrap up.

Tie tightly with a hemp string.Repeat till all dumplings are tie up.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil,adding salt to the boiling water, immerse these dumplings in the boiling water for 2 hours.

用两片粽叶折成漏斗状,放入1汤匙ecoBrown's Gold养生健康米,铺上2片鸡肉、1朵香菇及1粒栗子,上面盖上另一匙的ecoBrown's Gold养生健康米,压紧后包裹成三角型,再以草绳绑紧.把所有粽子做好后放入大锅中,加入淹过粽子的水份,并加入适量的盐。水沸后煮约2小时即可
