2 cups ecoBrown’s Unpolished Brown Rice
5 cups water
Ingredients B
50g ginger (pounded)
4 sticks lemongrass (pounded)
15g turmeric (pounded)
6 tbsp oil
Ingredients C
50g cooked kidney beans
6 pieces shiitake mushroom (diced)
Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vegetarian MSG
Garnish
Fried shredded ginger
Method:
Pour 6 tbsp of oil in a preheated wok and sauté Ingredients B.
Place and mix the rest of the ingredients and seasoning into the rice cooker or clay-pot to cook.
Dish up and garnish the rice with fried shredded ginger.
