ecoBrown's Ginger-Lemongrass Rice
 Ingredients A
  • 2 cups ecoBrown’s Unpolished Brown Rice
  • 5 cups water
 Ingredients B
  • 50g ginger (pounded)
  • 4 sticks lemongrass (pounded)
  • 15g turmeric (pounded)
  • 6 tbsp oil
  Ingredients C
  • 50g cooked kidney beans
  • 6 pieces shiitake mushroom (diced)
   Seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vegetarian MSG
 Garnish
  • Fried shredded ginger
Method:
  1. Pour 6 tbsp of oil in a preheated wok and sauté Ingredients B.
  2. Place and mix the rest of the ingredients and seasoning into the rice cooker or clay-pot to cook.
  3. Dish up and garnish the rice with fried shredded ginger.
